At EuroOptica™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear. If your frames are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the eyewear in its original designer case and packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and cleaning cloths are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new selection within 5 business days.
